Change in Ownership of SANYO Laser Products, Inc.April 1, 2005
On March 31, 2005, Austerman Holdings, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, purchased the issued and outstanding common shares of SANYO Laser Products, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SLP”) from SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. and SANYO Sales and Marketing Corporation. The President of Austerman Holdings, LLC is Fred Austerman, the long time Vice President of Administration and Finance of SANYO Laser Products, Inc. SLP will continue to use the SANYO name for a transition period, after which it will conduct business under the name “Optical Disc Solutions, Inc.” A large portion of the managerial and operating staff of SLP will remain with the company.
